Elements at the bottom left of the periodic table have the most metallic character, and those at the top right have the least metallic character. (Opposite of electronegativity).

All of these elements are in the same group, so the least metallic would be on top, and each step down increases metallic character: Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Arsenic, Antimony.
