We can determine the amount of nitrogen required by finding the percent N in NH3 and multiplying it by the 51 tons.
Nitrogen accounts for 82.4% of ammonia's mass, therefore we need 82.4% * 51 tons = 42 tons of nitrogen is needed to produce 51 tons of NH3, assuming 100% yield.
For fun, Wolfram Alpha says that is 1.636×1030 ammonia molecules, in case you want to count.
