Use PV = nRT. Convert the pressure from torr to atm using the conversion factor 1 atm = 760 torr. You also need to convert ml into Liters. Both of these are requaire4d since the value of R in this case is expressed with units of (L*atm/mol K)
The equation should look like this:
(3.489 atm)*(1.670 L) = (0.864 mol) * (0.08206 L atm/mol K) * T (in K)
The answer will be in Kelvin, so subtract 273 to get degrees C. Be careful with sig figs at the end.
