You can solve this in three steps:
1) Solve for moles of NaCl
moles = molarity (g/L) * volume; plug volume= 250 mL= 0.250 L and Molarity= 0.1440M NaCl into formula
2) Calculate molar mass of NaCl using periodic table
3) moles * (molar mass in grams of NaCl / 1 mole NaCl) where moles unit cancels and you should be left with mass (grams) of NaCl required for the solution
