5 Stoichiometry questions Please help

1(a) sodium and water react to give sodium hydroxide and hydrogen gas, H2 and 1.15 grams of sodium were added to excess oxygen and produced 1.6grams of sodium hydroxide. What was the percentage yield? [7 marks]


(b) Copper (II) oxide reacts with sulfuric acid, H2SO4, to give copper (II) sulfate and water and 16grams of copper (II) oxide were added to excess H2SO4 and produced 30grams of copper (II) sulfate.

What was the percentage yield? [7marks]


2.(a) 15grams of an impure sample of magnesium were burnt in excess oxygen and 20 grams of magnesium oxide were produced. What was the percentage purity? [7marks]


(b) sodium hydroxide reacts with sulfuric acid, H2SO4, to give sodium sulfate and water. 25grams of an impure sample of sodium hydroxide was reacted with excess H2SO4 and 9grams of water was produced. What was the % purity of the sample? [7 marks]


(c) 30grams of an impure sample of CaCO3 were reacted with excess hydrochloric acid, HCl, and produced calcium chloride , carbon dioxide and water. The volume of carbon dioxide produced was 4.8dm3 when measured at rtp. What was the percentage purity?
