Ionic reaction: Na¹⁺ + OH^1- + H¹⁺ + NO₃^1- → Na¹⁺ + NO₃^1- + H₂O (similar ions on each side of the reaction arrow cancel.)

Net Ionic: OH^1- + H¹⁺ → H₂O
