For fat.... 9 kcal/g
For carbohydrates.... 4 kcal/g
For protein..... 4 kcal/g
In order for us to be able to calculate the Kcal of energy in the pizza, we need to calculate the number of grams of fat, carbohydrates, and protein by the above measurements, and then we add that total together to determine the Kcal of energy from the pizza.
