Clarify the statement saying I could not apply for job.

Question

I was sent a request from Wyzant for a tutoring position for an elementary child who has potential

learning problems. Then I noticed at the top of the information page a notice said I was not able to apply for this position. Can you please explain?

You probably haven’t qualified for students with learning disabilities is what I am assuming.
