The specific heat capacity tells us how much energy is stored in a certain amount of a compound at a temperature.
The equation for heat (q) is: q=specific heat (s) * mass (m) *DeltaT(Tf-Ti)
Delta T will always be Tfinal - Tinitial
in this case q=0.13J/(g*C)*(16.9 g of lead)*(35.7C-27.3C)= 18.5 J note that the units cancel out.
