Molarity= moles/volume or M=n/V
Remember the units of molarity are mol/L.
We rearrange for n=M*V=1 mol/L*(4*10-3L). Liters cancel out and we are left with 4*10-3 mol of NiSO4

Yes. 0.004 is the same as the value I wrote above. 4*10^-3 is 4/1000 which gives you 0.00409/30/20
