f(g(x)) = 1/2 regardless of what x is,
plug in any x you get f(x) = 1/2
there is no restriction on x. the domain is all real numbers
Graphically, f(x) or f(g(x)) is a flat horizontal line intersecting the y axis at y= 1/2
x can be anything, from negative infinity to positive infinity. g(x) can be any real value,
and so can x.
