Hey Anya!
To do this problem, we have to do electron configurations. For example, the element with 5 electrons in the 3p sublevel would have an electron configuration 3s2 3p5. Looking at the right side of the periodic table that contains the p-block, we look in the third row for the element with configuration 3s2 3p5, which would be Cl. Following this same methodology for the other questions we get:
Has three 2p electrons: N
Completes 3s sublevel: Mg
Has one electron in 3s sublevel: Na
