HCl has a molar mass calculated by:
H = 1.008 g/mol
Cl = 35.453 g/mol
-----------------------
36.461 g/mol
So for a) 219 g HCL/36.461 g/mol = 6 moles and 6 moles/0.5L = 12M or 12 mol/L so this is correct.
For b) 50 g HCL/36.461 g/mol = 1.37 moles and 1.37 moles/0.114L = 12M or 12 mol/L so this is also correct
For c) 656 g HCl/36.461 g/mol = 18 moles and 18 moles/2L = 9M or 9mol/L so this is NOT correct
