24 hours in a day, so 1 hour is 1/24 of a day
60 minutes in an hour so 1 minute is 1/60 of an hour and 1/1440th of a day
60 seconds in a minute so 1 second is 1/60 of a minute and 1/3600th of an hour and (1/3600x1440)th of a day
add those 3 numbers up to get 1/24 + 1/1440 + 1/3600x1440 = the part of a day that 1 hour, 1 minute + 1 second is
then take that fraction and multiply it by 1000 to get the equivalent number of years. It should be a little more than 41.6 years
