Copyright laws are not universal, so your location is necessary in order to properly answer your question, but YouTube's terms are very clear that they don't allow for copyright violation. You need to make sure you have permission to use any music you include in your videos. If someone else owns the rights to your YouTube content, they have a legal right to be paid, and YouTube pays them by monetizing the video. Alternatively, the copyright holder could ask YouTube to remove the video.
