I assume your file contains one row per year and 14 columns, one per company, then each cell contains 0/1/2/3/4.
To find your table you just have to count up how many zeroes, ones, twos, threes and fours you see in this table. The total frequency should be 20 x 14 = 280 as you have 20 years and 14 companies.
