Because of the "xy" term in the equation, you're not going to be able to separate the variables to each side of the equation, but that's OK; this is exactly the type of situation in which implicit differentiation works well!
You need to differentiate each term with respect to y and yes, you will need product rule for that middle term. Once you differentiate each term, then you can move all the terms with a dy/dx in them to one side and isolate from there. Hope this helps! Leave me a comment if you need more help than this.
