This problem is a straight unit conversion problem. You just need to remember that 1 atmosphere of pressure is equal to 760 mmHg (or Torr).

145 mmHg * (1 atm / 760 mmHg) = 0.191 atm

85 mmHg * (1 atm / 760 mmHg) = 0.112 atm
