The higher the molarity (M) the higher the concentration. So here we have the following two concentrations: 1.05 * 10-5 M vs. 1.05*104 M.
1.05*104 M will have the higher concentration here is why...
Lets plug and chug into calculator:
1.05 * 10-5 = 0.000011
1.05*104 = 10500
Here we should note that 10500 is a larger number than 0.000011
I like to think of molarity as money would you prefer to have $10500 or $0.000011? Hopefully you are thinking $10500 lol
**NOW if 1.05 * 10-5 were 1.05 * 10+5 we would get a value of 105000 which would be greater than 1.05*104 (10500) AND we would say 1.05 * 10+5 M has a higher molarity therefore higher concentration than 1.05*104 M!**
Hope this helps! :)
