A stop sign is 10 feet tall, and is casting a shadow downhill on a road that has an angle of elevation of 16˚. If the angle of elevation of the sun is 48˚, how long is the stop sign’s shadow to the nearest tenth of a foot?

The difference in the angle is 32°
The angle at the tip of the sign is 42°
Use Law of Sines
shadow / sin °42 = sin 32° / 10
