VERBAL + MATH = 1250
Ι VERBAL - MATH Ι = 200 in absolute value. That means
VERBAL - MATH = 200 IF VERBAL > MATH and
MATH - VERBAL = 200 IF MATH > VERBAL .
a. 2 VERBAL = 1450 -----> VERBAL = 725 and MATH = 525
b. 2 MATH = 1450 -----> MATH = 725 and VERBAL = 525
The two scores were 725 and 525 . According to me there is enough information to answer the question !
