You would have to know if the reaction is taking in energy/heat or producing energy/heat. If it is taking in energy it would be written on the left like a reactant, if it is producing energy it would be on the right with the products. If you decrease temperature you are decreasing heat, so which side would the reaction move to to compensate for that loss?
