They have 3 computers in their warehouse in healdsburg and 20 in their warehouse in larkspur. It costs $3 to ship a computer from healdsburg to Santa Rosa and $15 to ship it from healdsburg to San Rafael. It costs $12 to ship a computer from larkspur to Santa Rosa and $2 to ship it from larkspur to San Rafael. How many computers should be shipped from each warehouse to each store in order to fill these orders at the minimum shipping cost?

It is cheaper to ship from Lark. to San Rafael ($2 v.s. $15 from H.burg) so ship 10 computers to San Rafael from Lark at a cost of $20.

 

Also it is cheaper to ship from H.burg to Santa Rosa ($3 vs. $12) so ship 3 computers from H.burg and 2 from Lark. at a total cost of $3*3 + $12*2 = $31
