Assuming that I understand your question correctly...
We can change all our units to ounces for easy understanding:
There is 128 ounces in a gallon
7 gallons equals 896 ounces
55 gallons equals 7040 ounces
You want to know how many 24 ounce spray bottles you can fill with a solution that is 1 ounce of chemical to 896 ounces (or 7 gallons) of water (?) if you have 7040 ounces (55 gallons) of chemical?
So your solution is 1 oz. of chemical and 896 oz.of water for a total of 897 ounces.
You have 7040 ounces of chemical (55 gallons) so you will need to multiply 897 times 7040 which equals 6,314,880 ounces. Then you are going to put it into 24 ounce bottles. So you need to divide 6314880 by 24 which equals 263,120
Answer 263,120 bottles (Assuming I understand the question)
