The most polar bond will be the one with the greatest difference in electronegativity.
Use a Pauling Electronegativity chart to help determine the difference in the values. To simplify your work, use the larger value - the smaller value
C-F ΔEN = 3.98 - 2.55 = 1.43
H-H = 2.20 - 2.20 = 0.00
N-O = 3.44 - 3.04 = 0.40
C-N = 3.04 - 2.55 = 0.49
C-P = 2.55 - 2.19 = 0.36
You can also estimate using the locations on the periodic table. Any element bonded to itself will be non-polar. The further apart the elements are, the more polar they usually are. Fluorine is the most electronegative element by a lot, so bonds with fluorine are usually very polar.
