According to Dalton's Law of partial pressures, the total pressure is just the sum of the pressures of each gas would exert if it were present alone. This means that you would add the partial pressures together:
PT = 43.3 atm + 83.5 atm + 64.2 atm + 6.3 atm = 197.30 atm
