I would recommend breaking up the fraction first.
∫ (x-3)/x dx = ∫ (x/x - 3/x) dx = ∫ (1 - 3/x ) dx
You can then break up the integral into two integrals.
∫ 1dx - ∫3/x dx
Then, integrate.
x -3 ln(x) + C
