To write the story, imagine a situation where someone gives commands to someone else. For example, maybe the story can be about a boy training his dog to do tricks. He can give the dog commands such as: "Take up the bone from the floor."
"Come up the stairs."
"Bring back the bone."
I hope this gives you some ideas.

Great advice above. You might also have luck if you imagine teaching someone, or a group of people to do something. Many of the verbs on your list would be used when training someone to drive or fly, also giving directions to get somewhere.
Good luck!

Dear Ibrahim, I can't write the paragraph for you, but I can help you with the meaning(s) of each of these phrasal verbs. Let me know if that would be helpful. -Beth04/12/20
