According to the atomic radius periodic trend, atom size increases as you go from top to bottom and right to left. Therefore, as the atom number is increased, so is the size of the noble gas atom.

asked 02/27/20Why would the atomic radius of a Nobel gas increase as the atomic number increases?
This question came from a printed out worksheet, but I'm not sure if the Nobel gas is actually suppose to be decrease or the atomic number.
