Only the 2nd and last or 6th involve a price change, which causes no change in the demand curve
the 3rd one has a price change, but of a substitute good, which does cause a change in demand for the Out N burgers
2nd and the last involve a change in quantity demanded, but not a change in demand. Economics instructors make a big distinction between the two.It's just how they use the terms, by definition.
If there's no price change in the good itself , and it affects sales of the good, then it is a change in demand
