creating frames

Part-1

1. Create 3 frames
2. Place 2 frames side-by-side on top of the screen
3. Place the 3rd frame below the top 2 frames, spanning two columns
4. Display a picture in one of the top 2 frames
5. Display some text(any) in each of the other 2 frames

This is what I had been asked by my teacher. we have to use python programming to complete these steps but I don't understand how to do this

What you are being asked to do is creating code to layout a user interface I'am assuming. It should look something like this...

Put text in 2 of the4 boxes and a photo in the other one. How you create these "frame"s is a question of the graphics library you are using in python to draw objects. Also, without much context no one can really help you so make sure you clearly explain what you are doing by giving a little explanation about the class and what you are using, possibly what section of the coursework you are in and what tools you are using.
