Question

what types of materials can be processes in this way ?

the characteristics of the components which are produced (Shape size dimensional tolerance) ?

economics of the process ?

im not sure how to answer some of these questions and don't really understand what the last question means any help would be great

Torque is the pressure needed to turn a bolt.

Tolerance is the area between the acceptable limits.

Any material can be used as long as the tolerance is acceptable. Don't forget temperature (expansion/contraction).

When a hole is drilled you've got to know tolerance and location not to mention the radius.

As for economics; take any type of vehical and the body-work.

Bearing stress for 1 connector=F/(dt)

force, diameter, thickness.
