Just evaluate (e to the 4x)/4 at x = 2 and subtract it at x = 0, so
((e to the 8) - (e to the 0))/4 = (1/4) ((e to the 8) - 1), which appears to be option 3)
I don't care for the way the choices were worded, since in option 3 it's really not clear whether the minus 1 is included with the 1/4, or not. Option 2 is similarly vague. But 3) as demonstrated is the only possible solution.
