Looking at the last two limits in your question. You can make a list indicating what has been substituted for what:
delta x = (b-a/)n = 3/n, so b-a = 3
a + i*delta x = 2 + i delta x so a = 2 and b = 5, from above.
f(a + i*delta x) = f(2 + i delta x) = f(a + i*delta x), so f(x) = x.
So the integral that results from the limit of the given Riemann sum is answer choice #4.
