I would like to begin by stating that before this question, I was not familiar with either of these nutrition brands. So, I did some research and am happy to share with you what I found.
- Asitis Whey Protein (Concentrate or Isolate)
- While the Amino Acid profile in the protein powder looks to be high standard. They really just got away with saying that because they didn't put near the recommended dosage of each essential amino acid that our body doesn't produce. Also, the ones that they did use a higher amount of are non-essential (meaning our body produces them). Here's the thing, depending on what you are planning to take the protein (Post workout or meal replacement), the amino acid profile your body is requiring at that specific time is going to be different.
- LetsFit Nutrition Whey Protein Concentrate
- This brand I had a difficult time finding and had to go through multiple sources to even locate the brand. While this looks like a quality brand, it is mass-produced in the factory like most Whey Proteins. Meaning, even though it may say "x amount of protein", it may be like 60-70% of that number due to the denatured conditions that the proteins are kept in.
With that all said, at the end of the day, protein is protein. Regardless of what "quality" you are putting in your body, protein is going to help you achieve your fat loss/muscle building goals.
I would personally recommend the brand 1st Phorm and their "Phormula-1" or "Level-1" product. I'd be more than happy to tutor you and help you set up your own personal plan for success!
