Three percent of Jennie’s skin cells were burned when she escaped from a fire. If 3.7 × 10^10 (10 to the 10th power) of her skin cells were burned then, how many skin cells were not burned?

I do not know how to begin this problem, or how to get the answer. Can someone show me how to set it up and how to get the answer?
