Precalculus Functions

If the function y= -8 + 4sin2(theta + 30°) is shifted down 4 units, right 15°, stretched vertically by a factor of 2, and compressed horizontally by a factor of 2, what would the new equation be?

I am thinking the answer is y= -12 + 8sin(theta +15°) but I want to make sure.
