Solving Polynomials

Simplify each expression. Final answers should be written in standard form.

(-4m2n)4·1/6m-10n-4

I'm confused on how to work this out step-by-step. The exponents should all be positive, following the negative exponent rule, but I'm just unsure how to apply it and work the problem out.
