(-4m^{2}n^{4})^{4}(1/6m^{-10}n^{-4})

(256m^{8}n^{16})(m^{10}n^{4}/6)

(256/6)(m^{18}n^{20})

asked • 12/11/19**Simplify each expression. Final answers should be written in standard form.**

**(-4m**^{2}**n)**^{4}**·1/6m**^{-10}**n**^{-4}

I'm confused on how to work this out step-by-step. The exponents should all be positive, following the negative exponent rule, but I'm just unsure how to apply it and work the problem out.
