If I’m driving at 54 mph and it takes 12 minutes and 22 miles to get home. At 2 minutes how many miles have I driven?

I believe there is a mistake in the problem statement.

Driving at 54 mph is the same as driving 0.9 mi/min, so after 2 min, 1.8 miles is covered.

On the other hand, going 22 miles in 12 min is the same as driving x miles in 2 minutes:

22 / 12 = x / 2

x = 2(22/12) = 22/6 = 11/3 = 3.67 miles.
