How long does it take for sunlight to reach Venus?

I’m working on a science project for school and we had to choose one planet to focus on. I chose Venus. My project requires me to answer certain questions about my planet, and one of them is “How long does it take for sunlight to reach your planet?”. I was hoping someone could help me because I’ve been seeing multiple different answers and I don’t know which one is actually correct answer. By the way, I’ve been seeing answers (in minutes) such as 6.025, 6.6, and 10.34. I’d really appreciate it if anyone could help me out.

Look up in an astronomy book (or an online resource) the average distance form the sun to Venus. Divide that distance by the speed of light (which you can look up). That will give the travel time of the light from the sun to Venus. Be careful with the units!
