I have 5 employees with different time allotments that I need to schedule

I have 6 employees I need to schedule to recieve cases on a case load rotation:

Nancy who is a 0.9 time worker

Sara who is 0.9 time worker

Candy who is half time so 0.5

Amy who is also 0.5

Andrea who is 0.2

Betsy who is 0.2

They need to recieve case assignments in a rotation based on the ammount of time they work for the program. I would like to use a rotation log of about 31 or 32 days but it could be a longer rotation if needed.

For example, Nancy and Sara would each get 9 cases in 32 days but I need to fit in the others. How can I do this in an equitable pattern?

..9 + .9 + .5 + .5 + .2 + .2 = 3.2

I'd multiply by 10.

Note 3.2 * 10 =32

So for every 32 cases

Nancy gets 9

Sara gets 9

Candy gets 5

Amy gets 5

Andrea gets 2

Betsy gets 2

If there are 32 cases every 32 days then you are done.

If there are 64 cases every 32 days then multiply the numbers above by 2.

If there are 16 cases every 32 then multiply the numbers above by 1/2

That is your question is not complete as you did not state how many cases there were every 32 days.

For example if there are no cases, then all six workers will get 0 cases.
