How does one set about learning how to use a python3 module

Question

I have recently started to learn python and i have fine understanding of the python 3 syntax. I wanted to start learning more about numpy ,scipy tenserflow. I have tried reading the documentation but the more i read the more i get confused. So i was wondering what would be a good way to start.

It has an embedded python interpreter into it. Does this help?
