This tutorial is very nice because you learn by doing: https://www.w3schools.com/python/
It has an embedded python interpreter into it. Does this help?

asked 10/11/19I have recently started to learn python and i have fine understanding of the python 3 syntax. I wanted to start learning more about numpy ,scipy tenserflow. I have tried reading the documentation but the more i read the more i get confused. So i was wondering what would be a good way to start.

Kevi,
Are you interested in Python 3 in general or specifically machine learning/data science?
For ML and DS, I find these Coursera courses quite good:
https://www.coursera.org/specializations/data-science-python
https://www.coursera.org/learn/introduction-tensorflow/home/welcome
In addition, tensorflow offers tutorial:
https://www.tensorflow.org/tutorials
I hope this helps.
