Density is defined as mass in grams divided by volume in Liters. If you have a mass and a density value, you can solve for volume
d = m/v
dv = m
v = m/d
Given density value of .6548 g/mL
Multiply bottom number by .001(10-3) to get to L:
.6548g/.001L
Mass of 2.05kg is 2050g
So plug in the values you have, and solve:
v = 2.05kg/.6548g/.001L
v = 2050g/.6548g/.001L
v = 2050(.001L)/.6548
v = 2.05L/.6548
v = 3.13 * 101 L
v = 3.13 * 103 mL ; If you're given a problem with g/mL as a density, then most likely you are expected to give the volume in mL.
