When subtracting, your calculated value cannot be more precise than the least precise quantity used in the calculation. Trailing zeros (those at the end) are significant only if the number contains a decimal point, otherwise they are insignificant (they don’t count).
In this case 151730 has 5 significant figures and is significant to the tens place. And 366.7 has 4 sig. figs. and is significant to the tenths place. So the least precise number is 151730 and the answer can only be this precise (to the tens place).
151730 - 366.7 = 151363.3 or 151360 rounded to the tens place.
