- There is a paragraph description for each course in the College/University catalog. Each course should follow its description.
- The instructor distributes a course syllabus at the beginning of each course (get an old one). This may quote either the catalog or it might mention chapters in the textbook or online topics to be covered.
- The textbook, online texts/videos, and instructor notes and lectures cover specific topics and procedures (like computer graphics simulation of problems vs. calculator usage). Since this may also differ from semester to semester, it may be necessary to talk to each instructor.
