Calculate volume of a sphere from the given diameter.
Assume constant temperature we have the relation P1V1=P2V2
Asume the 2,400 liters is air at 1 atm pressure
Then P2 = P1 V1/V2 V2 is less than V1 such that the pressure must be greater than 1 atm pressure
However, the estimate of 2400 L required only enables reporting this to 2 sig figs and not the 3 requested.
And really not even knowing the initial pressure of the air and stating 1 atm takes this to just 1 sig fig.
