I certainly understand your frustration. Here are a few things to consider:
1) Take courses on line that satisfy general education requirements for the targeted 4 year colleges where you plan to apply. The GEs for all colleges are listed on their websites...use those keywords on google searches. Then, wherever you apply and get in, you have taken the right courses to graduate from your 4 year school in 4 years. Best to take at least one math and english-based courses this way.
2) If you have more than a year of college from whatever accredited on line or campus school, you would not have to take any standardized tests. Your admission would then be based on your first year gpa.
3) Get recommendations from 2 teachers regarding your performance in their classes.
4) Do not miss the deadlines for applying for 4 year college for August 2020...usually this fall 2019.
5) Get a job, volunteer to build your resume.
6) Meet with a financial aid officer at the colleges you wish to attend. Via skype or in person. They can show you how the published price of their school (public or private) is not what most students actually pay.
Good luck!
