The balanced equation is incorrectly balanced. There should be only 1 mole N2 on the left side. Fortunately, this error does not affect the answer because N2 is assumed to be in excess. The equation should be N2 + 3H2 ==> 2NH3

Actually, not only is the equation not balnced correctly, but the answer would be .78 mol x 3/2 = 1.17 mol H2 x 2 g/mol = 2.34 g.
