Hi Morgaan,
Here is how i would do it - graph the parent function and the functions 1 - 6 on the same graphing paper (one at a time of course).
If you would do that you would see what the transformed graph looks like and come up with your won words as to how to describe it.
For number 1 for example, you would see that the transformed function of the image of the parent function with the x-axis as a reflecting mirror.
Number 2 is the parent function moved one unit to the right, number 3 the parent function moved up seven units and so on...
I hope this helps.There is really no way to know what they look like without graphing, and, once graphed, eyeballing the graph you would be able to know what the transformation did.
