a.The parent function f(x)=x2(squared) is translated 2 units laft and 3 units up. Write the quadratic function in vertex form.

You have the answer right there with the question.

 

2 units left means (x +2) and 3 units up means you just add the constant 3 at the end

 

f(x) = (x-2)² + 3
